An alumni of the Indian Institute of Marketing and Management, Pramod Krishna identified leisure and entertainment as a growth sector ever since India opened its doors to foreign investment in 1991. In the early years his involvement was limited to assisting overseas companies (Trade Shows International, UK and Mexel) in identifying leisure and entertainment business opportunities in India.
Pramod has been the key to develop a client list that includes top Indian companies who have made a foray into the leisure industry, including Futurezone, Sagar Entertainment Corporation, Aerens AEZ and Capital Leisure, as well as a number of other top companies in various sectors within the entertainment industry. He is also called upon to provide editorial content for top international and domestic trade publications / magazines (Inter Game and Inter Park ).
His personal expertise lies in the Wine & Spirits segment. He is a well known personality in the field in India – both in the corporate sector as well as government circles. He also heads the industry body of liquor manufacturers of India.
