Pramod Krishna – Principal Consultant
An alumni of the Indian Institute of Marketing and Management, Pramod Krishna identified leisure and entertainment as a growth sector ever since India opened its doors to foreign investment in 1991. In the early years his involvement was limited to assisting overseas companies (Trade Shows International, UK and Mexel) in identifying leisure and entertainment business opportunities in India. Pramod is an ex-Army officer bringing the traits of moral integrity, trust and efficiency to the business domain.
Pramod has been the key to develop a client list that includes top Indian companies who have made a foray into the leisure industry, including Futurezone, Sagar Entertainment Corporation, Aerens AEZ and Capital Leisure, as well as a number of other top companies in various sectors within the entertainment industry. He is also called upon to provide editorial content for top international and domestic trade publications / magazines (Inter Game and Inter Park ).
His personal expertise lies in the Wine & Spirits segment. He is a well known personality in the field in India – both in the corporate sector as well as government circles. He also heads the industry body of liquor manufacturers of India.
Shamta Sirohi – Principal Consultant
A consummate entrepreneur & Marketing professional with a technical background, she has deep relationships in India and abroad across a spectrum of corporates, political and bureaucratic circles.
She has been a successful entrepreneur and had co-promoted, alongwith her husband, a company called Radix Infotech Ltd. Radix raised venture capital twice and did business for 15 years when promoters successfully exited in 2007. She built the company ground up and knows all about setting up a new business, collaborations, go to market strategies, venture capital raising and preparing sophisticated business plans.
She graduated in Economics, qualified as a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) and Lotus Notes Analyst. She has certifications in Web Designing and Adobe Photoshop. She holds a Diploma in International Marketing from Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, New Delhi.
